Refund Policy

Returns & Claims

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products as they are food items.
Refunds only given if product is faulty or damaged.
If your item is lost or delayed and would like a replacement, you must re-purchase your order. Your original order will be refunded when it is returned or deemed lost by the carrier.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Photographic proof is required for claims.
Do not dispose of any packaging or product if you wish to make a claim.
If an order is returned by the carrier or customs due to a delivery or import issue, only the product will be refunded. Not the delivery costs.

Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
You will be emailed notifying you when the refund has been processed.
